Former Ghanaian President, Jerry John Rawlings has died at the age of 73.
The former military ruler died at the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital on Thursday, November 12, 2020, after a short illness, the government has announced.
President Nana Akufo-Addo in a statement, directed flags to fly at half mast while declaring seven-days of national mourning in his honour beginning Friday, November 13, through to the 20th.
