A rainstorm observed over the borders of Togo and Benin is expected to propagate and affect most places in the Northern half and transition sector with thunderstorms of varying intensities and cloudiness this
morning into afternoon. 
Slight to moderate rain is forecast over places, particularly in the middle and coastal sectors
this morning and late evening.
Early morning mist will occur over parts of the forest, hilly and coastal areas.
