As mentioned in the Weather Warning, the rainstorm is currently producing rain of varying intensities
in the country.
It is expected to propagate westwards to produce rain over the western portions of the country as
well.
The rest of the day will see intermittent rains with thunderstorms.
Mostly cloudy conditions to follow from late afternoon into the evening.
The general public is to take note that the gusty winds currently observed will persist for a period of time,
hence the need to take proper cover.
Flash floods too are imminent over low lying areas and areas with poor drainage systems.
