As the day progresses, cloudiness will dominate the south with brief spells of sunshine giving way for thunderstorms or rain from the afternoon into evening hours.
However, sunny conditions will be predominant over the northern half with the likelihood of thunderstorms with or without rain from late afternoon into the evening.
