A rainstorm observed over the northern portions of the country and Togo- Benin border is expected to produce thunderstorms or rain of varying intensities over northern Ghana this morning.
Mostly cloudy conditions are expected to prevail over most parts of the country this morning, with slight rain or drizzle likely to affect portions of the coastal and the in-land areas.
Mist and fog patches will also form along the coastal, forest, and mountainous areas, leading to reduced visibility during the early hours.
As the day progresses, variably cloudy conditions amidst breaks of sunshine will be experienced over most parts of the country.
However, from late afternoon into the evening, thunderstorms or rain are likely over parts of the middle, transition and northern sectors.
NB: Cool early morning and late evening temperatures are expected over the entire country.
