This morning, mostly cloudy weather is expected to dominate most parts of the country with mist or fog patches anticipated along the coastline, forest and mountainous areas.
As the day unfolds most areas along the eastern flank of the country are expected to be affected by thunderstorms or rain of varying
intensities due to a rainstorm that has been observed over the border of Benin and Nigeria.
The storm is expected to drift westwards and induce cloudiness while producing rain to affect areas at the western flank from late afternoon into the evening.
NB: Relatively cool early morning and late evening temperatures are expected over the entire country.
