The National Cathedral of Ghana says the National Cathedral of Ghana and Bible Museum Foundation Inc., is not the USA branch office of the National Cathedral of Ghana.
According to a release issued by the Secretariat on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, and signed by the Executive Secretary, Dr Paul Opoku-Mensah, the said foundation was created to raise funds to support the construction and maintenance of the National Cathedral of Ghana in Accra.
Rather, it is a special-purpose “vehicle” created for the specificities of the US fundraising needs of the National Cathedral project.
It is also to raise funds to aid the building of a Museum commemorating the history of the Christian Church in Africa, the release clarified.
